Night Walk is a twin stick shooter made with Unity over an one week period of time.
The player, taking the role of a night walker child scared by monsters inhabiting his dreams, must proceed through the dream land and fight against the monsters with the help of objects scattered through out the level. These objects, once grabbed, orbit around the character showing the inventory of assets available.
As for the level building, the main concerns were to give a solid perception of a dream land as well as to manage the transition between real and dream lands. So the different props have been used very freely. But, common objects, like pieces of furniture, have been placed at the start and the end of the level to represent the room and increase the contrast between dream land and real world.
